The vinyl dip moulding process allows you to specify length, wall thickness, colour and hardness with no additional tooling charges. MOCAP manufactures products using the best materials available and most suited for the caps, plugs, grips, masking and protective products you need.

MOCAP's Vinyl Dip Moulding capabilities are second-to-none. We stock a wide range of vinyl PVC materials most commonly used to make the flexible vinyl caps, plugs, grips and masking products you require. Should your product or project require a dip moulded part in a special colour, hardness or texture material, we can deliver. Size is rarely a concern as we can produce dip moulded parts from 1.6mm (0.062") diameter to as large as 214.0mm (8.425") diameter, and from 4.8mm inside length to over 225mm long.
